Community 〰️

A community center room hosting a storytelling or performance event, with a woman in a colorful striped sweater speaking to an audience of elderly women seated at tables, and a man sitting at a table behind her with papers and a phone. The room has a painted mural of a park scene on the wall.

We take our community work seriously—well, as seriously as two comic performers can!

We’re passionate about creating meaningful, creative experiences with and for community groups and young people, helping them to find their voice, share their stories, and explore their own creativity.

Over the years, we’ve delivered workshops and co-created performances across Blackpool, Huddersfield, Great Harwood, St Helens, Burnley, and even the Borders of Scotland—developing bold, engaging projects rooted in the people we meet.

Miss Nobodies was developed with Spot On Lancashire and the community of Great Harwood. Devilled Eggs, commissioned by The Grand Theatre Blackpool and supported by Arts Council England, combined community engagement with archival research to uncover Blackpool’s hidden histories.

Our ongoing project Open Up The Mic supports young people in Blackpool to tell their stories, build confidence, and find creative freedom through spoken word.

We’re proudly woven into the fabric of our local area and firmly believe in the power of the arts to build resilience and spark transformation. That’s why, whatever we’re working on, community engagement is always at the heart of it.
